Our resources are dynamic; in other words, our members will be adding to them over time. Here’s a start list of resources on where to buy local natives and support businesses which can help landholders get to know their local plants.
- The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning provides a wide range of resources on how to identify which bioregion your property is in.
Bioregions are a landscape-scale approach to classifying the environment using a range of attributes such as climate, geomorphology, geology, soils and vegetation. There are 28 bioregions identified within Victoria.

The Federal site on weed control & Weeds of National Significance (WoNS) is an important resource. Weeds Australia connects you with the knowledge you need to make informed decisions about managing invasive weeds within Australia.
