LAND COVENANTORS VICTORIA

Supporting landholders and advancing the private land conservation movement.

Connect. Share. Advocate. Grow.

Supporting members who have protected private land habitat forever and are actively managing it for the benefit of biodiversity and future generations.

Land Covenantors Victoria (LCV) is an independent, not-for-profit, member-driven organisation. We:

Represent, support and connect landholders in Victoria who have a conservation covenant on their land to protect biodiversity.

Bring current and future covenantors together to share knowledge and experience.

Advocate for members and campaign for the removal of barriers to adopting a conservation covenant.

Encourage more Victorians to protect land for biodiversity and ecosystem services.

Who we are

LCV committee and staff are active covenantors who are managing diverse landscapes and understand the work, commitment and benefits that come from a close and long-term relationship with nature.

Who we work with

LCV collaborates with a range of conservation organisations and government agencies that share a common goal of conserving our natural heritage and learning from Traditional Owners.

How we help

LCV connects members to each other to share ideas and experience. We advocate for removing barriers to adopting covenants so that more landholders will get involved.
