Our third Annual and Special General Meeting was held on Monday 7th October at 7.30pm, both online via Zoom and in-person at the Royal Society of Victoria, 8 La Trobe Street, Melbourne. At the meeting members voted on a special amendment to our Rules of Incorporation to meet the requirements for tax-deductible gift recipient status.

We also confirmed that our previous committee members were re-elected and heard from our President and Treasurer on LVC's advocacy, achievements and financial affairs.

Following the formalities we heard from guest speaker Bram Mason, Nature and Biodiversity Manager from Bank Australia.
