Annual and Special General Meeting: 7th October 2024
Annual & Special General Meeting with guest speaker Bram Mason, Nature and Biodiversity Manager, Bank Australia.
(Who knew a bank would have a biodiversity manager?)
Our third Annual and Special General Meeting was held on 7 October at 7.30pm, both online via Zoom and in-person at the Royal Society of Victoria building, Melbourne.
At the meeting members voted on a special amendment to our Rules of Incorporation to meet the requirements for tax-deductible gift recipient status.
We also confirmed that our previous committee members were re-elected and heard from our President and Treasurer on LVC's advocacy, achievements and financial affairs.
Following the formalities we heard from guest speaker Bram Mason, Nature and Biodiversity Manager from Bank Australia.
